After defining a list of priorities to cover, we started from a white piece of paper to create HORUS. We took into account all the experiences we made with flight helmets and the helmet knowledge we have in our hands to create a unique product that was not available on the market yet. We combined the most modern materials, solutions, production process to enhance the weight, ventilation, comfort, ergonomy, noise reduction, a real modular helmet able to integrates all the accessories line available to be able to configure it according to the mission the pilot is called to perform.
There are numerous accessories available with HORUS and the helmet can be configured from the beginning in the best way for your type of flight or upgraded at a later stage.

We always keep ready-to-go HORUS helmets in our stock but due to the multiple configurations available, we expect to deliver a turnaround between 4-6 weeks for custom paint configuration or special items to be integrated into the flight helmet.

We are proud to develop and produce the HORUS Helmet in Italy where we are able to source the best available materials and manufactures for all the components and spare parts we produce for our helmets and for the custom helmets we made.
We developed HORUS thinking for all the pilots around the world and with this mindset, we create a very versatile flight helmet that can have multiple configurations and could be adapted to multiple flying scenarios and multiple airplanes with different performance but always maintaining the same level of protection, lightness, comfort.

We have pointed a lot of effort to keep the helmet weight under control selecting and combining the right composite material to be well under the 1kg of final weight, ready to fly.
One of our priorities was to integrate a reliable noise reduction system, the HORUS has already a good level of noise attenuation but as well it is possible to integrate our ANR – Bluetooth system with a quick disconnect into our Horus flight helmet.
To further enhance the comfort and the noise attenuation, we integrate into the flight helmet a volume control knob on the left side and a CEP module on the right side. There are flight situations where the ANR system is not recommended and the ANR system is not working properly due to the high pitch noise and frequent head movement; the CEP solution makes it possible to maintain a good level of situational awareness without compromising the safeguard of your ears while the handy flight helmet volume control bypasses the inboard radio system adjusting the radio noise to the desired level.
We developed The HORUS flight helmet keeping in mind easy field maintenance and for this reason, we made it possible to change or remove the flight visor without any tools and minimal time using the lightweight shaped side screws at each side of the flight helmet.
The HORUS flight helmet has 12 months limited warranty covering only the flight helmet parts developed and produced by Custom Flight Helmets, and only the intended usage of the flight helmet in the limit of its certification and performance.</p> <p>The warranty does not cover those parts such as microphones, speakers, cabling, or electronic parts produced and supplied by a third-party vendor.</p> <p>The limited warranty does not cover any sort of misusage of the helmet, nor its use in any type of activity different from its purpose.
