Welcome to www.horushelmet.com (“Website,” “Site,” or “Online Store”). The website is owned and operated by CFHELMETS for Protective Garments and Vest Manufacturing LLC (hereinafter referred to as “CFHELMETS LLC” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). CFHELMETS LLC is operating in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Company offers this website and products for sale to you (the “User,” “You” or “Your”) subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy which is included herein by reference (collectively referred to as “Terms” or “Agreement”).
By continuing to access the Website or purchasing any products through our online store, you represent to the Company that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

Time to return your item if your purchase doesn’t fit, or there is any damage or flaw at the delivery time 10 DAYS.
The maximum available time to return any purchased item with a written agreement with CFHELMETS LLC is 30 DAYS from the purchase date
We will exchange standard sizes items for another standard size item, or you can upgrade to a made-to-measure item.
All new helmets, helmet spare, have 1 YEAR limited warranty on the helmet shell, the helmet & fabric interiors, the leather accessories, and the electric system/components.
Helmet repair, upgrade, refurbishment, custom made paint job have 6 MONTHS limited warranty.
CFHELMETS LLC does not take any responsibility for any improper or different usage of the flight helmets in usage out of the certification range they are intended to be operated.
New made flight helmets delivery time 6-8 weeks
Flight Helmet paint job delivery time 8-10 weeks, depending on the graphics option chosen.
Late design changes or paint job alterations to a confirmed project may not be deemed possible and will apply new charges and revised delivery time.
Flight helmets Service, repair, refurbishment up to 7 weeks turnaround depending on the type of the helmet, the kind of job required, and the availability of the spares.
1. Definitions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following terms shall have the meaning as defined hereunder:
“Product” – refers to any item offered for sale through our online store.
“Customers” – refers to Users who place an order through our online store.
“User” – refers to all registered as well as unregistered users and includes any reference to Customers.
2. Eligibility
IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OUR WEBSITE, CREATE A USER ACCOUNT, MAKE ANY PURCHASES OR SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, only natural persons over the age of eighteen (18) years are eligible to create an account and order products through our online store. You may not create an account on behalf of another individual.
By accessing the Website, you represent and warrant to the Company that you have the requisite capacity and authority to enter into a legally binding agreement with the Company.

The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw any products or services available on the Website at any time and without giving any prior notice to you. The Company also reserves the right to update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Where we make any changes to these Terms, we will update the last modified date on the top of this web page. By continuing to use the Website after the updated terms are posted on the Website, you agree to be bound by such updated Terms.
4. Guest Checkout, Account Registration, and Safety
Although you can purchase products without having to register an account on the Website, there are certain online store features and functionality that is only available to customers who create a user account at www.cfhelmets.com.
When you sign up for an account, you voluntarily provide us some personal information. Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to review our Privacy Policy before registering an account on our Website or placing any orders. By registering an account on our Website, you agree to provide us accurate and current personal information.
The Company offers all accounts at its sole discretion, and we may refuse registration of a customer account without providing any reason. As an account holder, it is solely your responsibility to protect your username and password.
You accept that all activity under your account is solely your responsibility, whether or not you have authorized it, and you will take all necessary steps for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. If you become aware of any security breach, please immediately notify us in writing. We disclaim any and all responsibility for any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Placing your order
You can select the product/s that you wish to purchase from our online store or contact us to customize them with your own designs and size.
If you order any standard products/accessories from our online store, you can simply add it to your shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout page.
You will be able to view the full purchase price, including applicable taxes (VAT) and shipping fees before you authorize the payment. Please carefully review your order before authorizing the payment to ensure that you have ordered the correct product/s and quantities.
Your order is deemed to be in the nature of an offer to purchase the product/s from our website. When we accept your offer, we will send you a confirmation email and proceed to process your order. Your order request is only deemed accepted by us after you receive a confirmation email from us. We will not process your order before sending you a confirmation email. By submitting your order through the website, you are authorizing us to charge you for the ordered product (including any taxes and shipping fees).
Please note – We do not have any legal or moral obligation to accept any order, and we may decline to accept an order at our sole discretion.
Custom made products
Unlike standard products; custom products are made to the exact customer specifications. Customers can only place their order after they receive a custom quote from the Company. To request a quote for a custom design, please contact us by emailing us at sales@horushelmet.com, and we will contact you to discuss your specific requirements and offer you a quote.
Please note that custom products require cooperation between the Customer, and our authorized Company representative to ensure the product design, size, and the paint job is confirmed before proceeding with the work on the order. You understand and accept that late changes to any confirmed helmet design or alteration to any helmet paint job at any stage after the confirmation may not be possible. You understand and accept that late changes may require a complete helmet rework that will add extra cost and time to the confirmed initial project. If you wish to request any changes to your confirmed design or paint job, please contact us. Any kind of late design or paint job changes to the initially confirmed helmet design must be carefully discussed and confirmed in writing by the Company before continuing with the proposed changes to the helmet graphic design or paint job. Custom made products are not eligible for order cancellations, returns, replacements or refunds.
6. Shipping
Once your order is accepted by us, we will process your order, and it will be shipped with our selected shipping provider to the address that you provided us when you placed your order. No goods of any nature will leave our facilities before Customers’ pending invoices, or outstanding balance has been fully cleared.
We ship worldwide our Products to all Countries by major third-party courier services to have the package delivered to your doorstep.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries.
UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 110 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.
Avoid any delivery delay or surcharges by providing your full address along with your contact details.

We always try to have the best shipping rate to deliver your parcel, but depending on the shipping destination, there could be a variation in the shipping fees from different countries in the same region.
After the product has been dispatched from our facility, we will provide you a personal tracking code via email that you provided us at the time you placed your order. You can use this tracking code to track your order. The delivery time for custom products may vary according to the product nature and the preferred options chosen by the Customer.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays and/or failure in delivery caused as a result of your lack of cooperation, or any late change requests made by you to the design or paint job. Although we try our best to deliver all custom orders around the estimated delivery date, you understand and agree that we are unable to offer any guarantees that your order will be ready and delivered on the estimated date. In case of a delay or a backorder has to be made, we will inform you about the new possible expected delivery date and an alternative solution.
The title and risk pass to the Customer upon delivery of the Product. All orders are delivered by your selected shipping service provider and will be delivered to you within the estimated delivery time frame provided in the order confirmation email. You understand and accept that the delivery timeframes are estimates only, and we do not offer any guarantees or assume any liability for any delay in delivery.
Please note that we are unable to cover any costs involved in re-delivering the Product, in case of bounced parcels or, for any loss incurred as a result of Product being left unattended where you provided an unsecured shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
You are hereby advised to provide the Company with a secure shipping address where you or a person authorized by you can receive the delivery of the product. We will not be responsible for the Product being lost or stolen after our shipping carrier’s tracking reflects that the product was delivered to you.
7. Prices and Payments Policy
All product prices on our Website are quoted in US Dollars. Before you confirm your order, you will be shown the full purchase price, including all applicable taxes and shipping fees.
For all standard product orders, you are required to authorize the full purchase price at the time you place your order.
For all custom orders, we will only start work on any Custom orders after receipt of the full amount as specified in our quotation. We currently accept payments via Bank transfer and STRIPE payment gateway that enables our customers to make payments using any major credit or debit card easily.
We may in our sole discretion and without giving any prior notice to you change our product prices on the Website. We assure you that our change in product prices will not impact any confirmed orders. Although we take all reasonable care to ensure the product price as listed on the Website is correct, we cannot offer any guarantees as to the accuracy of this information. If we are of the view that any product price published on our Website was incorrect at the time you ordered the product, we will contact you and offer you an opportunity to place your order at the correct price.
8. Cancellations, Returns, and Replacements
Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or agreed in writing by the Company, custom made products such as flight helmets and pilot gear are not eligible for order cancellations, returns, replacements or refunds. All sales are deemed final after thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, and you will not be able to request any replacements or refunds.
If you wish to make any changes to an order after confirmation, please contact us within 24h from the order at sales@horushelmet.com with your order number, date of your order, and your specific request.
- Before products are dispatched
You may modify your order at any time before we dispatch the product by contacting us. If we receive your modification/replacement request before dispatch, we will gladly modify or replace the order for another product of your choice. Where you opt to replace your ordered product for another product, you will be liable to settle any difference in the price of the replacement product. Modifications and/or replacements do not apply to customized products suchs as flight helmets and pilot gear.
Incorrect or damaged products
Please ensure that the product you receive is what you ordered and in good condition. In the unlikely event the product you received is not what you ordered or is in any way damaged at the time of delivery or does not fit (collectively referred to as ‘non-compliant product’), please contact us at within 72 hours from the time of delivery. You will be required to send the non-compliant product back to us within ten (10) days from the date of delivery.
Once we receive the non-compliant product back from you, we will resolve the issue in one of the following ways:
If your purchase was a standard size, we would exchange it for another standard size; or
If it was made on the measure, we would alter or remake it at no additional cost to you (excluding leather jackets and custom made on size products).
If the stitching comes loose or a zipper breaks, please return the product to us with your sales receipt within the allowed time frame, and we will repair it at no charge.
To request a replacement for non-compliant products, you must satisfy the following requirements:
You must notify us of the receipt of the damaged or incorrect product within 72 hours from the time of delivery;
You must return the non-compliant product within ten (10) days from the date of delivery; and
Return shipment must be securely packaged to avoid any damage to the product during return shipping.
The returned product must satisfy all the following requirements:
The returned product must be unworn, unused, and undamaged;
The returned product must be in its original packaging with hang tags and in a resalable condition;
The return shipment must be securely packaged to avoid any damage to the product during return shipping;
The return shipment must be prepaid by the Customer (customer will be required to provide a tracking number for the return shipment to our customer service department) ;
The return shipment must contain the original receipt of sale;
Please do not return the product before receiving a confirmation email from the Company as we are unable to offer refunds/replacements for any unapproved returns. The Company reserves the right to refuse any return, replacement and refund requests after the product has been dispatched, at its sole discretion.
Your failure to fulfill the above-mentioned requirements will result in you no longer being eligible to request a return, replacement, or refund for a non-compliant product.
For the purposes of this provision, an incorrect delivery does not refer to any minor variations in color which may vary slightly based on different digital screens and studio lighting during product shoots. The Company will not be held responsible, under any circumstances, for any products that are lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned to our address indicated above.
Return Shipping Fees
Excluding returns of incorrect and damaged products, Customers will be responsible for the payment of any shipping fees incurred in returns and reshipping products
9. Refund Policy
The Company reserves the right to refuse or reduce the refund amount for any returns that do not satisfy the return requirements specified by the Company.
Where your refund is approved, the Company will send you a confirmation e-mail with the refund details and process it within two weeks from the date we send you a confirmation email.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
The processing time for refund may vary depending on the customer’s method of payment and may take up to 14 working days from the date of refund email confirmation.
10. Refurbishment and Repairs
We will gladly assist our customers with any product repair, refurbishment, upgrade, or alterations. Please contact us in advance to have shipment directions and advice before sending any products to us for repairs or refurbishments. You understand and accept that the refurbishment and repair process may take some time depending on the nature of the job to be carried out, the type of spare required, and their availability. Our average refurbishment time is up to 7 weeks; however, refurbishment requests can take longer than seven weeks. The Company will inform and update the customer about the job status and the expected delivery time.
11. Warranty
Warranty period
All new helmets, helmet spare, have 1 YEAR limited warranty on helmet shell, helmet & fabric interiors, leather accessories, and electric system/components.
Helmet repair, upgrade, refurbishment, custom made paint job have 6 MONTHS limited warranty.
Claiming your warranty
An original, dated proof of purchase specifying the product(s) for which you are submitting your claim must be provided so we can determine if the Warranty is applicable. Without this proof, your claim will automatically be rejected.
Steps for claiming the applicable warranty:
Send an email at sales@horushelmet.com;
Include your full name and phone number in the email;
Attach a copy of the original, dated proof of purchase;
Please provide the item number(s) and the quantity of each item in your warranty claim;
To help us determine if the warranty applies to your claim, please attach photos and/or images of the defect(s);
Once you receive confirmation from the Company that you can send us the product(s), carefully pack it/them and attach the original dated proof of purchase;
Finally, send the package and the required documentation to:

We will confirm receipt of your parcel by email and advise you of the action that we will take, as well as our expected turnaround time.
Customers are solely responsible for two-way shipping costs incurred when claiming the warranty. We advise you to ensure the parcel to prevent any damage or parcel being lost in transit. Make sure the delivery service you choose offers a package tracking system and insurance coverage and secures proof of delivery. The Company will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in delivery to the above address. Please note, all claims after the expiry of the warranty period will be disregarded.
Termination of Warranty
The Company reserves the right to terminate or withdraw the warranty if we or our authorized representative, in our sole discretion, determine that there has been a misuse of warranty or exploitation by the Customer.
Repairs after Expiration of Warranty
If you wish to request a repair or refurbishment after the expiry of the applicable warranty period, you can contact us at sales@horushelmet.com with a detailed description of the issue. We may request you to send us high-resolution photographs of the fault/issue in order to offer you a quote. You will be solely responsible for all shipping and repair costs incurred for any repair requests after the expiration of the warranty period.
12. Duties and Taxes
Importing products from other countries can attract import duties and taxes in the destination country. Our product prices, as listed on the website and shipping costs displayed at the time you place your order, do not include such import duties and taxes. The Customer bears all international duties and taxes, and the Company will not be liable for such additional charges. We advise you to contact the customs office of the destination country for more information on your shipment.
13. Account Termination
You can terminate your Customer Account on the website at any time by contacting us at sales@horushelmet.com with the words “Account Termination” in the subject line. Please note that once your account is terminated, you will not be able to login to your account using your username and password, and you will not be able to reactivate your account. The Company also reserves the right to terminate any User account or suspend a User’s access to the Website under the following circumstances:
A User has violated any provisions of this Agreement;
A User’s conduct is harmful to the Company or any other Users; or
The Company discontinues the Service for any reason.
14. Gift Vouchers
The Company reserves the right to offer customers the ability to purchase gift vouchers through the Website.
Redeem your gift voucher
The User who purchases the Gift Voucher is billed for the full value of the Gift Voucher at the time of purchase. You can only redeem the Gift Voucher to purchase product/s that are available at www.cfhelmets.com or the custom products that we offer and for the value listed on the Gift Voucher. Where you wish to purchase a product that either exceeds or is below the amount available on your Gift Voucher amount, you may become liable or entitled to settle the balance. GIFT VOUCHERS MAY EXPIRE ON THE DATE STATED ON THE VOUCHER IF ANY.
Gift certificates do not expire unless stated
Gift certificates must be redeemed through the horushelmet.com website and must be used toward the purchase of products available in the store or listed on the website.
Gift certificates must be used to purchase goods and cannot be applied toward additional gift certificates.
Gift certificates cannot be returned for a refund.
If an order exceeds the amount of the recipient’s gift certificate, the difference must be paid with a credit card or other accepted payment methods.
Gift certificates and their use on the horushelmet.com website are subject to our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

HORUS HELMET SYSTEM SAGL MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATES CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATES.
15. Intellectual Property
You understand that all content available on the Website is either owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected in accordance with the intellectual property laws of the United Arab Emirates and internationally by international laws and conventions, including copyright laws and trademark laws. You are not authorized to copy, sell, transfer, license, sublicense, assign, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, or distribute any Company Content without the express written consent of the Company. You further agree not to adapt, alter, or create a derivative work from any Company Content without the prior written permission of the Company.
You shall not remove any copyright, trademarks, and any proprietary notices from any Company Content. We hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Company Content for your personal and non-commercial use only.
We reserve the right to prosecute any violations of this provision to the fullest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that a breach of this provision can incur criminal as well as civil liability.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, the Company provides the website and all products to you on ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis, without any representation or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, and non-infringement.
THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPROPER OR UNAPPROVED USAGE OF THE FLIGHT HELMETS IN ACTIVITY OUT OF THE CERTIFICATION RANGE THAT IS INTENDED TO BE OPERATED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, CLAIM OR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF SAVINGS, REPLACEMENT COSTS OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT MADE AVAILABLE BY THE COMPANY, EVEN IF THE COMPANY WAS ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY.
THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS SUFFERED BY YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY FOR THE PRODUCT WHICH GAVE RISE TO THE ISSUE.
18. Indemnification
You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its founders, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries against any claims, liabilities, charges, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
(i) the violation of these Terms by you;
(ii) Your gross negligence or willful misconduct, or;
(iii) the infringement by you of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
“The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law.
“Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Arab Emirates”

Neither the Company nor the User will be held liable for failure to perform any of its obligations towards the other if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or any interruption or any failure of electricity or server, system, computer, internet or telephone service.
